Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Bring butter and water to a boil. Add flour and stir until a ball forms.
- Cool for 5 minutes, then beat in eggs one at a time.
- Pipe into rounds on the baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.
- Whip the cream with sugar and vanilla to stiff peaks. Fold in sliced strawberries.
- Slice puffs in half, fill with cream mixture, and serve.
Notes
Store filled puffs in the fridge for up to 1 day. Fill just before serving for best texture.
